Hello,Thank you for sharing your feedback, although we deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.After reviewing the situation with our management team, we’d like to clarify that we made every effort to address your concerns upon arrival. Several solutions were offered, including changing your pitch to improve your comfort or even a full refund of your stay if you preferred not to remain with us. Unfortunately, you declined all of these proposals, while accepting complimentary cocktail vouchers at the restaurant.Regarding your comment about the photos on our website, we’d like to emphasize that they are entirely accurate and reflect the reality of our facilities. As shown on our site map, we offer 10 pitches with private sanitary facilities, and the descriptions of each pitch are clearly stated.We truly feel that a rating of 1/10 is not at all deserved, considering the efforts made and the actual quality of our services. It’s a shame we weren’t able to have a more in-depth discussion to find a satisfactory solution together.We understand it can be easier to post a review than to talk things through, but please know that our team is always open to dialogue and committed to continuous improvement.The team at Yelloh!
