« Campsite was peaceful. Staff in Reception extremely helpful on two occasions in sorting out problems, which had occurred on our holiday. Our disappointment was in repect of the evening entertainment, which is usual quite good on previous Yelloh sites we have visited. We were there during the World Cup in which we have no interest whatsoever and the majority of each evening was taken up by the invitation to watch the football on the TV in the bar/restaurant. A singer did perform one evening but this was only for a short time and not to our taste in music. A variety or song types would have been an great improvement. »

« We stayed with a family of two adults and two small kids (1& 3). The experience was really nice, it is very clean and modern place, the staff was also really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having the beach nearby and made great use of the swimming pool. »

« A superb site - def one of the best we’ve visited in France. Beautiful landscaping and superbly maintained. Fabulous indoor and outdoor pool complex. The weather was terrific during our stay, and it all felt far more exotic than northern France! Our accommodation was modern and spotless and very well equipped. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Full marks to the entire team. Obviously there is plenty to explore locally. I can’t recommend this site highly enough. »

« Overall, we had a good time. However we did have a major issue in the restaurant. We had dinner there one evening and I was reassured twice that the dressing on the salad gluten free. I was violently ill after dinner. The following day I was told by the restaurant that the salad dressing wasn't gluten free. I was ill for the remainder of our holiday and am still not fully better (over a week later). On balance, it's a fantastic camp site, just a shame about the lack of knowledge around allergens. »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay. The park was nice, we liked the layout and plants. We were a bit dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the cottage. When we first moved it the floor was visibly dirty. We booked a premium cottage which comes with the end cleaning service - so we also expected it to be clean on arrival. The cottage itself isn't highest build quality - there were many areas where you could see e.g. trim around the windows not being done accurately etc. Some doors didn't work. If I would have paid the main season price, I'd have been disappointed. The location of the park in Luc sur mer is great. Good bakeries, a small supermarket, a fishmonger and a butcher in walking distance. »

Ihr Lob ist eine schöne Belohnung für alle unsere Mitarbeiter. Wir bedanken uns ebenfalls für Ihre Anmerkungen. Was das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage angeht, verstehen wir vollkommen, dass dies während dieser außergewöhnlichen Hitzewelle unangenehm gewesen sein könnte. Was das Tragen von Lycra-Badeanzügen betrifft, so wird diese Regel aus Hygiene- und Sicherheitsgründen in vielen Schwimmbädern angewendet. Badeshorts im „Surfer“-Stil, die oft mit Taschen versehen sind, können Sand, Taschentücher oder andere vergessene Gegenstände enthalten, die dann in die Becken gelangen. Zudem werden diese Kleidungsstücke häufig den ganzen Tag über wie normale Shorts getragen, bevor man ins Wasser geht, was das Eindringen von Verunreinigungen in die Schwimmbecken begünstigt. Schließlich werden Stoffshorts aus Sicherheitsgründen im Wasser schwerer und können die Bewegungsfreiheit einschränken, insbesondere bei kleinen Kindern, falls diese im Wasser in Schwierigkeiten geraten. Aus diesem Grund bevorzugen wir Badeanzüge aus Lycra, die besser zum Schwimmen geeignet sind. « Lovely, well cared for campsite close to D-day beaches and safe cycle paths. Friendly, welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Large, clean pool complex. Plenty of entertainment provided including aquafit most mornings, though this got a little crowded with young children trying to join in. Lovely bread and pastries available daily and an excellent on site restaurant if you don't fancy cooking. Bedding and towels for use in the accommodation were provided and were changed halfway through our stay (fortnight). We were also pleased to have a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. The site also had a well equipped laundry. The Yellow! App was very useful. »
